How does reading for Reading for Relief Read-a-Thon work?
Students and teachers are invited to read any books of their choosing, and ideally those that align with humanitarian or international themes. Then, students and teachers will pledge an amount that they would like to raise and find sponsors to support them.
The donations raised will be channelled to Save the Children Hong Kong’s Children’s Emergency Fund. This fund is used to support children and their families devastated by crises by helping them rebuild their lives and stay safe.
